117 or B312?

Who would win a fight: Master Chief or Noble 6? If you don’t know them, then you obviously don’t play Halo: Reach or all the other games besides Halo 3: ODST or Halo Wars (not to be confused with the Mega Blocks sets). I think Master Chief because Noble 6 is a SPARTAN-III which is a bit weaker and more cheap and he has Mark V armor while Master chief has Mark VI armor. What do you think? They are both very important to the Halo story.
